AN ORDINANCE LEVYING EACH BUTCHER WHO DISPLAYS MEAT IN THE MARKET TABLE OR STALL.
Section 1
This ordinance shall be known as Meat Ordinance for 1989.
Section 2
Each Butcher, who displays his meat in the market table or stall, is required to pay P10.00 per head of pigs or goats and P15.00 per head for cows, carabaos or horses.
Section 3
The stall or table fee to be collected from butchers should be issued with official receipts from the Office of the Municipal Treasurer of this Municipality, by the Treasurer or his authorized representative.
Section 4
Penalty. Any violation of this ordinance will subject the violator to a fine of not less than P100.00, or an imprisonment of not less than five (5) days, or both, at the discretion of the Court.
Section 5
Repealing Clause. All previous ordinances or parts thereof inconsistent with this Ordinance are hereby automatically amended, repealed, or rescinded.
Section 6
Effectivity. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
