AN ORDINANCE IMPOSING TAX FEE TO ALL VULCANIZING SHOPS IN CATARMAN.
Section 1
Any vulcanizing shop existing in the municipality of Catarman, that accepts services from the people/customers, shall be charged P400.00 annually.
Section 2
PENALTY. Any violation of this ordinance, shall subject the violator to a fine of not less than One Hundred (P100.00) pesos and not more than Five Hundred (P500.00) pesos or an imprisonment of not less than one (1) month and not more than six (6) months or both, at the discretion of the court.
Section 3
Repealing Clause. All previous ordinances or parts thereof inconsistent with this Ordinance are hereby amended, repealed or rescinded.
Section 4
EFFECTIVITY. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
