AN ORDINANCE LEVYING FEES FOR THE CATARMAN PUBLIC MARKET EXTENSION STALLS.
Section 1
That the monthly rental of the extension stalls at the frontage of the Public Market is P20.00 sq. meter or fraction therefore covered by the extension stall.
Section 2
That the extension stalls inside the market should have a monthly rental of P10.00/sq. meter or fraction thereof.
Section 3
PENALTY. Any violation of this ordinance shall subject the violator to a fine of not less than One hundred (P100.00) pesos, and not more than Three hundred (P300.00) pesos or an imprisonment of not less than ten (10) days and not more than twenty (20) days, or both, at the discretion of the court.
Section 4
REPEALING CLAUSE. Any ordinance or parts thereof inconsistent with this ordinance are hereby amended, rescinded or repealed.
Section 5
EFFECTIVITY. This ordinance shall take effect retroactive January 1, 1989.
