AN ORDINANCE IMPOSING A PARKING FEE FOR ALL UTILITY VEHICLES PARKED AT RAÑIN’S STREET OR WITHIN 200 METERS FROM THE MARKET PLACE.
Section 1
This ordinance shall be known as the parking fee ordinance for 1989.
Section 2
Utility vehicles that are parked in this municipality are hereby required to park properly at Rañin Street, at the side of the public market, and the portion of the same street leading to the seashore.
Section 3
Other utility vehicles parked within 200 meters from the public market, due to inavoidable circumstances, for the purpose of this ordinance, are deemed and considered parked at designated portions of Rañin street.
Section 4
There shall be collected the amount of P5.00 each per day, for every utility vehicle that is parked at Rañin street, before it leaves the parking area or within 200 meters from the public market,
due to inavoidable circumstances.
Section 5
Penalty. Any violation of this ordinance shall subject the violator to an imprisonment of not more than thirty (30) days and not less than ten (10) days, or a fine of not less than Fifty (P50.00) pesos nor more then Two Hundred (P200.00) pesos or both, at the discretion of the court.
Section 6
Repealing Clause. All previous ordinances or parts thereof, inconsistent with this ordinance, are accordingly repealed, modified, or cancelled accordingly,
Section 7
This ordinance shall take effect ten (10 ) days upon its approval.
