AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING THE RESIDENTS OF MARKET AND STALLS AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

Section 1

All market rooms and stalls should be rebidded to the public and the bide should be opened on July 16, 1990.

Section 2

The lowest bid for a market room should be P100.00 a month and the market stall P50.00 a month, and all bids below the minimum amount for both room and stall should be rejected outright by the bidding committee.

Section 3

Room occupants who are delinquent in the payment of rental should not be allowed to enter the bidding.

Section 4

The winning bidder who is awarded a room or stall should be the one to occupy the room or stall awarded and any form of a dummy is not tolerated.

Section 5

Only one member of the family should be allowed to participate in the bidding.

Section 6

No one person or family is allowed to be awarded both room and stall at the same time.

Section 7

A room or stall occupant should abide with the rules in force or to be issued in the future.

Section 8

Nobody should be allowed to sleep in the market place at night.

Section 9

A market room or stall occupant should pay his rentals punctually, and the market room or stall occupant who fails to pay his rental or rentals in two months time is subject to ejection.

Section 10

Previous ordinances inconsistent with this ordinance are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.

Section 11

This ordinance shall take effect fifteen (15) days upon its approval.
