    1990 ORDINANCE NO. 5

    AN ORDINANCE EXPOSING A LICENSE FEE FOR BANANA DEALERS AND OTHER IMPOSITIONS FOR THE PURPOSE.


    Section 1

    This ordinance shall be known as Banana Ordinance of 1990.


    Section 2

    Every banana dealer shall pay a license fee of P400.00 a year and P25.00 for business permit.


    Section 3

    In addition to the license and business permit fees, there shall be an imposition of P50.00 per trip of the transportation of bananas.


    Section 4

    Any violation of this ordinance shall subject the violator to a fine of not less than One hundred (P100.00) pesos and not more than Five hundred (P500.00) pesos or an imprisonment of not less than one (1) month and not more than six (6) months, or both, at the discretion of the court.


    Section 5

    Any ordinance or part/parts thereof inconsistent with this ordinance is accordingly amended, repealed or rescinded.


    Section 6

    This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
