WATERWORKS ORDINANCE OF 1990.
Section 1
It is prohibited to tap any connection, for private purposes, from the secondary pipeline of the waterworks system, from Bacsanon to the reservoir, situated at upper Poblacion.
Section 2
Penalty. Any violation of this Ordinance will subject the violator to an imprisonment of not less than thirty days (30) and not more than sixty days (60), or a fine of not less than Two Hundred (P200.00) pesos and not more than Five Hundred (P500.00) pesos, or both, at the discretion of the court.
Section 3
Repealing Clause. All previous ordinances or part/parts thereof, inconsistent with this ordinance, are amended accordingly.
Section 4
Effectivity. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
