AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE COLLECTION OF THE TAXES AND FEES FOR 1992 BASED ON THE OLD RATE, EXCEPT FOR THE 20% DICENTIVE FOR EARLY/PROMPT OF PAYMENTS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE NEW LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE OF 1991.

Section 1

This ordinance shall be known as Tax Ordinance for 1992, in accordance with the Local Government Code of 1991.

Section 2

Realty Taxes should be collected as they were, except those not allowed by the new Local Government Code.

Section 3

The collection less 20% incentive should be enforced, if such payments are made within the prescribed period.

Section 4

Municipal License and fees, except those no longer collectible, according to the New Local Government Code of 1991, should be collected as they were, until another ordinance is promulgated.

Section 5

Penalty, Violation of this ordinance carries a fine of P500.00 or an imprisonment of 30 days, or both, at the discretion of the court.

Section 6

Previous ordinances in contravention with this ordinance is hereby modified, amended and/or rescinded.

Section 7

Effectivity: This ordinance shall take effect January 6, 1992.
