AN ORDINANCE PENALIZING WATER SUBSCRIBERS WHO ARE FOUND TO BE WASTING WATER SUPPLY.
Section 1
This ordinance shall be known as Water Supply Ordinance of 1994.
Section 2
Water subscribers are required to close their faucets when not in use.
Section 3
Any violation of this ordinance shall subject the violator to a fine of not more than five hundred (P500.00) pesos, or an imprisonment of not more than one (1) month, or both, at the discretion of the court.
Section 4
This ordinance shall take effect after its approval and publication.
