AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1, SERIES OF 1993, IMPOSING PAYMENTS FOR CLEARANCES AND OTHER FEES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CATARMAN, IN ONE OMNIBUS SETTING.
Section 1
This ordinance amends Ordinance No. 1 series of 1993.
Section 2
Payments for registration, in the guise of cost of forms, for births, deaths and marriages are hereby declared free pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 326, declaring a state policy to provide free of charge for registration services for births, deaths and marriage.
Section 3
Any ordinance or parts thereof inconsistent with this ordinance are hereby repealed and/or rescinded.
Section 4
This ordinance shall take effect immediately.
