AN ORDINANCE GRANTING BUSINESS INCENTIVES TO ANY NEWLY OPENED BUSINESS, IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CATARMAN, CAMIGUIN.
Section 1
This ordinance shall be known as Business Incentive Ordinance of 1994.
Section 2
Any newly opened business venture shall in the municipality of Catarman shall be collected the Mayor’s Permit and other clearances upon the opening of any business.
Section 3
Any newly opened business venture shall likewise be exempted to pay business license for the first three months after the start of such business, provided that the same business license be paid after the period of three months upon the start of the business.
Section 4
Any violation of this ordinance shall subject the violator to a fine of not more than P1,000.00, and an imprisonment of not exceeding three months, or both, at the discretion of the court.
Section 5
Any ordinance or parts thereof inconsistent with this ordinance are hereby repealed and/or rescinded.
Section 6
This ordinance shall take effect January 1, 1995.
