AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A 2% SHARE OF GROSS ENTRANCE RECEIPTS OF THE STO. NIÑO COLD SPRING RESORT TO THE BARANGAY OF STO. NIÑO, THIS MUNICIPALITY.
Section 1
The Municipal Government of Catarman, Camiguin, shall provide a share of two percent (2%) of gross entrance receipts of the Sto. Niño Cold Spring Resort to the barangay of Sto. Niño, this municipality.
Section 2
This ordinance shall amend Section 12 (1) of Ordinance No. 5. Series of 1997.
Section 3
This ordinance shall take effect immediately.
