    1960 ORDINANCE NO. 8

    BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF CATARMAN, CAMIGUIN, SUB PROVINCE, MISAMIS ORIENTAL


    Section 1

    This Ordinance shall be called as “PERMIT FEE ON BENEFIT DANCES AND CERTIFICATE OF GOOD CONDUCT.”


    Section 2

    Any person or persons, society or organization requesting for the permit to hold benefit dances shall pay a Permit Fee of P2.00.


    Section 3

    A permit to hold benefit dance of benefit dances shall be issued by the Office of the Mayor upon presentation or the Official Receipt issued by the Municipal treasurer.


    Section 4

    Any person or persons requesting certification of good conduct from the Mayor, Justice of the Peace, Chief of Police and the Municipal Treasurer shall pay P1.00.


    Section 5

    The Municipal Mayor, justice of the Peace, the Chief of Police and the Municipal Treasurer shall not issue the certificate of good conduct unless the Official Receipt is presented.


    Section 6

    Any person or persons, society or organization holding benefit dance or benefit dances in violation to Section 2 of this Ordinance shall be fined not less than P5.00 and not more than p10.00.


    Section 7

    All ordinances and parts thereof inconsistent with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.


    Section 8

    This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
