AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE ESTABLISHMENT, OPERATION AND MAINTAINANCE OF ONLY ONE COCKPIT IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CATARMAN, PROVINCE OF CAMIGUIN, IN CONSONANCE WITH PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 449.
Be it ordained by the Municipal Council of Catarman, Camiguin, that:
Section 1
That there shall be only one cockpit in the municipality of Catarman, province of Camiguin, that be issued a license by the Municipal Mayor;
Section 2
That the license issued by the Mayor shall be approved by the chief of Constabulary of the Philippines, or his authorized representative.
Section 3
That any person or persons issued the license by the Municipal Mayor and approved by the chief of Constabulary of the Philippines, or his authorized representative, to operate, maintain and manage a cockpit who shall fail to comply any of the provisions as provided for under Presidential Decree No. 449, is a valid ground for the cancellation of the license issued.
Section 4
All ordinance whose provision are inconsistent with the provisions of the ordinance are hereby totally repealed.
Section 5
That this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon approval.
