AN ORDINANCE LEVYING MUNICIPAL LICENSE TO EVERY FISHING BOAT OWNERS CALLED LICON-LICON FISHING WITHIN THE MUNICIPAL WATER OF CATARMAN. CAMIGUIN SUBPROVINCE IN THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED PESOS EVERY QUARTER AND TO PROVIDE PENALTY THEREOF.
Be it ordained by the Honorable Municipal Council of Catarman, Camiguin, Subprovince, Misamis Oriental, that:
Section 1
There shall be levied the sum of One Hundred Pesos (P100.00) per quarter as Municipal License to every fishing boat called Licon-licon fishing within the Municipal Water of Catarman, Camiguin Subprovince, Misamis Oriental.
Section 2
PENALTY – Any person or persons owning a fishing boat called Licon-licon used in fishing within the Municipal water of Catarman, Camiguin Subprovince, Misamis Oriental, found violating the provisions of this Municipal Ordinac3 shall be penalized by a fine of not less than One Hundred Pesos (P100.00) and not more than One Hundred Fifty Pesos (P150.00), or an imprisonment of not less than Thirty Days (30) and not more than Sixty Days (60), or both such fine and imprisonment upon the discretion of the Court.
Section 3
REPEAL – All other previous Municipal Ordinances which are in conflict with my provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 4
EFFECTIVITY – This ordinance shall take effect beginning the second quarter of 1960.
