AN ORDINANCE LEVYING MUNICIPAL LICENSE TO EVERY FISHING BOAT OWNER CALLED LICON-LICON, OR OWNER OF FISHING BOAT OF SIMILAR PURPOSES FISHING WITHIN THE MUNICIPAL WATER OF CATARMAN, CAMIGUIN SUBPROVINCE, MISAMIS ORIENTAL, IN THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED PESOS PER FISHING BOAT PER QUARTER AND TO PROVIDE PENALTY THERETO.
Be it ordained by the honorable Municipal Council of Catarman, Camiguin Subprovince, Misamis Oriental, that:
Section 1
Person or persons owning a fishing boat called Licon-licon, or person or persons owning
Fishing boat of similar purposes fishing within the Municipal Water of Catarman Camiguin Subprovince, Misamis Oriental, shall pay a Municipal License in the amount of One Hundred Pesos (P100.00) per boat, per quarter.
Section 2
Person or persons owning a fishing boat called Licom-licon, or person or persons owning a fishing boat of similar purposes fishing within the Municipal Water of Catarman, Camiguin Subprovince, Misamis Oriental found violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be fines of not less than One Hundred Fifty Pesos (P150.00), or both such fine and imprisonment upon the discretion of the court.
Section 3
All other previous Municipal Ordinance which are in consistent or in conflict with any provision of the ordinance is hereby repealed.
Section 4
This ordinance shall take effect beginning the second quarter of 1960.
