AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING FISH LANDING WITHIN THIS MUNICIPALITY.

Section 1

The following are the places designated as fish landing:

(a) For the District of Bonbon:

1. Kiopo Sandy Beach in front of Mr. Crisanto Calingin.

2. Bonbon Beach, near the house of Mr. Feliciano Lague, and near the house of Mr. Valeriano Castil.

3. Kilambon Sour Beach.

(b)  For the District of Catibac.

1. Catibac Beach in front of the house of Mr. Dominador Loquias

2. Pooc Beach, near the house of Mr. Pacundo Comcom

(c) For the District of Lawigan-Bura.

1. Lotak Beach

(d) For the District of Panghiawan

1. Panghiawan Beach, near the house of Mr. Graciano Jacot

(e) For the District of Compol

1. Compol Beach in front of the school building

(f) For the Poblacion

1. Centro Beach from the beach in front the Central School to the front of the Public Market.

(g) For the District of Tangaro

1. Alga Beach, near the house of Mr. Zoilo Jacot

2. Tangaro Beach in front of the house of Mr. Benigno Gabales.

Section 2

Fishermen having fish caught from the deep sea or other big fishing industry should sale their fish on the designated place or places whenever they will go ashore in any fish landing point.

Section 3

Fishermen should only pay in accordance with section 1 of Ordinance no. 3.

Section 4

Any person found violating the provisions of this Municipal Ordinance shall be fine of not than Fifty Pesos (P50.00). nor more than One Hundred Pesos (P100.00), or an imprisonment of not less than One Hundred Pesos (p100.00) of an imprisonment of not less than 10 days, nor more than 30 days or fine and imprisonment of the discretion of the court.

Section 5

EFFECTIVETY – This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
