AN ORDINANCE TO LEVY ON FISH CAUGHT BY FISHERMEN ON THE DEEP SEA AND OTHER FISH INDUSTRIES IN THIS MUNICIPALITY.
Section 1
The market fees collection of cash tickets of fish of any kind is Two Centavos (P.02) per kilo.
Section 2
Fishermen who shall bring their fish unsold in this Municipality to the mainland levied Two Centavos (P.02) per kilo as market fees.
Section 3
PENALTY – Any person found violating the provisions of this Municipal Ordinance shall be fine of not less than TWENTY (P20.00) PESOS, and not more than FIFTY (P50.00) PESOS, or an imprisonment of not less than Ten (10) days and not more than Thirty (30) Days or both fine and imprisonment at the discretion of the court.
Section 4
EFFECTIVITY: This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
