AN ORDINANCE LEVYING MUNICIPAL LICENSE FEE OF ONE HUNDRED PESOS TO OWNER OR OWNERS OF A FISHING BOAT USED TO FISHING INDUSTRY CALLED LICOM-LICOM AND FISHING WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF THIS MUNICIPALITY OF CATARMAN, PROVINCE OF CAMIGUIN.
Be it ordained by the Municipal Council of Catarman, Camiguin, that:
Section 1
Person or persons, firm, association or corporation owning a fishing boat used to fishing industry called LIcom-Licom and fishing within the municipal waters of Catarman, Camiguin shall pay a Municipal License in the amount of one hundred Pesos per annum.
Section 2
Person or persons, firm, association or corporation owning a fishing boat used to fishing industry called Licom-Licom and catch fish within the municipal waters of Catarman Camiguin, without any License from the municipal government of Catarman, Camiguin, shall be fined in the amount of not more than fifty pesos and not less than thirty pesos and in case 0f insolvency, shall suffer an imprisonment at two pesos and fifty centavos per day of imprisonment.
Section 3
All other previous Municipal Ordinances which are inconsistent or in conflict with any provision of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 4
This Ordinance shall take effect on January 1, 1969.
