AMENDING SECTION 1 AND 2 OF ORDINANCE NO. 4, SERIES OF 1968, AN ORDINANCE TO LEVY ON FISH CAUGHT BY FISHERMEN ON THE DEEP SEA AND OTHER FISH INDUSTRIES IN THIS MUNICIPALITY.
SECTION 1
The market fees collection of cash tickets of fish of any kind is five percent (5%) of the selling price.
SECTION 2
Fishermen who shall bring their fish unsold in this municipality to the mainland is levied five percent (5%) of the selling price.
SECTION 3
Penalty: Any person found violating the provisions of this Municipal Ordinance shall be fine of no less than twenty pesos (P20.00), and of no more than fifty pesos (P50.00), or an imprisonment of no less than ten (10) days, and no more than thirty (30) days, or both fine and imprisonment at the discretion of the court.
SECTION 4
EFFECTIVITY: This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
