Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan, Catarman, Camiguin now assembled that:
Section 1
No person or persons having pumpboats could buy gasoline from the gasoline station if their pumpboats are unregistered;
Section 2
Gasoline dealers in this municipality should not sell gasoline to pumpboats owners without permit from the Mayor’s Office.
Section 3
Any person or persons violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined in the amount of not more than fifty pesos (P50) and not less than twenty pesos (P20) or an imprisonment not more than fifteen days and not less than five days or both at the discretion of the court.
Section 4
This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
