Section 1
It is prohibited to catch small fry of bangos or awa in the territorial water of this municipality of Catarman;
Section 2
Any person or persons found catching small fry as mentioned in section 1 hereof, shall be fined not less than FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (P500) and an imprisonment of not less than one month.
Section 3
Effectivity: This ordinance will take effect one week after its approval.
