AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING THE SELLING OF FISH BY THE KILO.
Section 1
This ordinance shall be known as the selling of fresh fish by the kilo ordinance for 1991.
Section 2
All fish vendors are required to sell fresh fish by the kilo.
Section 3
Any violation of this ordinance shall subject the violator to a fine of not less than one hundred (P100.00) pesos but not more than five hundred (P500.00) pesos, or an imprisonment of not less than ten (10) days, but not more than two (2) months, or both, at the discretion of the court.
Section 4
All ordinances or parts thereof inconsistent with this ordinance be accordingly modified.
Section 5
This ordinance shall take effect immediately.
