AN ANCHORAGE/DOCK FEE FOR FOREIGN BOATS/FISHING BOATS ORDINANCE OF 1992.
Section 1
This ordinance shall be known as Anchorage/Dock Ordinance of 1992.
Section 2
There shall be an imposition in the amount of fifty (P50.00) pesos, as anchorage/dock fee for every foreign boat/fishing boats, weighing three (3) tons or more anchored/docked in the seawater of Catarman, per dock.
Section 3
There shall be an imposition on the amount of fifty (P50.00) pesos, as anchorage/dock fee for every foreign boat/fishing boats, weighing less than three (3) tons anchored/docked in the seawater of Catarman, per dock.
Section 4
Penalty. Any violations of this ordinance shall subject the violator to a fine of not less than P1,000.00, or an imprisonment of not less than 3 months, or both, at the discretion of the court.
Section 5
Repealing Clause. Any previous ordinance or parts thereof incontravention with this ordinance are hereby repealed and/or rescinded.
Section 6
Effectivity. This ordinance shall take effect immediately/
