AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING COASTAL AREAS FROM LOOC BRIDGE GOING NORTH AND FROM THE LAST MUNICIPAL STREET IN PUNTA PUTI GOING SOUTH, AS BERTING AREAS FOR TRANSIENT FISHING BOATS, IN THIS MUNICIPALITY.”
Section 1
This ordinance shall be known as berthing areas for transient fishing boats ordinance of 1993.
Section 2
All transient fishing beats are prohibited to berth somewhere within the last municipal street at Punta Puti and the Looc bridge, except temporarily berthed for the purpose of delivering their catch.
Section 3
Areas from Looc bridge going north and from the last municipal street, at Punta Puti going south are designated as berthing areas for all transient fishing basis.
Section 4
Any violation of this ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not less than P1,000.00 or an imprisonment of not less than one (1) year or both, at the discretion of the court.
Section 5
All ordinances or parts thereof inconsistent with this ordinance are hereby repealed and/or rescinded.
Section 6
This ordinance shall take effect immediately.
