AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING ALL FISHERMEN TO PAY CASH TICKETS FOR EVERY FISH CAUGHT IN THE MUNICIPAL WATERS OF CATARMAN, AND SOLD OUTSIDE THE MUNICIPALITY OF CATARMAN.
Section 1
This ordinance shall be known as Cash Tickets Ordinance of 1993.
Section 2
All fishermen are required to pay cash tickets for fish sold outside the Municipality of Catarman, which is caught in the municipal waters of Catarman.
Section 3
The amount of cash tickers is based on Ordinance No. 1 series of 1993, of the Sangguniang Bayan, re: Clearance fees and other fees ordinance.
Section 4
Penalty. Any violation of this ordinance shall subject the violator to a fine of not less than P2,500.00, or an imprisonment of not less than six (6) months, or both, at the discretion of court.
Section 5
Repealing Clause. All ordinances or parts thereof in-contravention with this ordinance are hereby repealed and/or rescinded.
Section 6
Effectivity. This ordinance shall take effect immediately.
