AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1, SERIES OF 1994, RE: FISHING ORDINANCE.
Section 1
This ordinance amends Ordinance No. 1, series of 1994, re: Fishing Ordinance.
Section 2
Notwithstanding Section 2 of Ordinance no. 1, series of 1994, to the contrary, this
Body may grant special permit to any fishermen, association, partnership, corporation or cooperative who are residents of the adjacent municipalities of the Province of Camiguin to catch fish within the municipal marine waters of Catarman, and to any government research and educational institutions, to catch fish or take fish or aquatic life using my fishing gear only for scientific and educational purposes, subject to such terms and conditions this Body my deem proper to impose.
Section 3
This ordinance shall take effect immediately.
