AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING ANY PERSON OR PERSONS WHO SHALL GUIDE OR RIDE ON ANY ANIMAL OR ANIMALS SUCH AS CARABAO OF CARABAOS, HORSE OR HORSES, AND COW OR CATTLE TO SPILL THE WASTE MATERIALS ON ANY STREETS, BARRIO, MUNICIPAL, PROVINCIAL OR NATIONAL WITH IN THIS JURISDICTION.
Be it ordained by the Municipal Council of Catarman, Camiguin, that:
Section 1
It is unlawful of any person or persons who shall guide of ride on any animal or animals, such as carabao or carabaos, horse or horses, and cow or cattle is spell the waste materials of the said animal or animals on any streets, barrio, municipal, provincial and national.
Section 2
If the said animal or animals mentioned in Section 1 shall spill such waste materials on the streets unnumerated in Section 1 of this ordinance, and in order to keep the streets clean, the person or persons guiding or riding on such animals or animal, shall threw away such waste materials out of the street:
Section 3
Any person or persons found violating any provisions of this ordinance shall pay the fine of ten pesos (10.00), or an imprisonment of four days (4) at the discretion of the court.
Section 4
This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
