AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING USERS OR PUBLIC TOILETS TO CLEAN THE TOILET AFTER HIS OR HER USE.
Be it ordained by the Municipal Council of Catarman, Camiguin, that:
Section 1
Any person who shall use public toilet to move his or her bowels is duty bound to clean the toilet after his or her use, thus leaving the toilet in clean and sanitary condition.
Section 2
Any person found violating the provision of this ordinance and upon conviction, shall be fined of not less than five pesos and not more than twenty pesos, and or an imprisonment of not less than three days and not more than five days, or both fine and imprisonment at the discretion of the court.
Section 3
That this ordinance shall take effect immediate upon its approval.
