AN ORDINANCE MODERATING THE NOISE FROM STEREOS OR LOUD SPEAKERS.
Section 1
This ordinance shall be known as Anti-Noise Ordinance.
Section 2
All owners or stereo units must play their stereos with noise moderated, controlled in such a way that neighbors will not be disturbed except on special occasions.
Section 3
PENALTY. Any violation of this ordinance shall subject the violators to a fine of fifty (P50.00) pesos or an imprisonment of five (5) days, or both, at the discretion of the court.
Section 4
All ordinances or provisions thereof in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed, revoked, rescinded or cancelled.
Section 5
EFFECTIVITY. This ordinance shall take effect ten (10) days after its approval.
