AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING ANY ACT NOT CONDUCIVE TO HEALTHFUL LIVING IN SANTO NIÑO SWIMMING POOL.
Section 1
This ordinance shall be known as the Sto. Niño Swimming Pool Ordinance of 1990.
Section 2
It is prohibited to bring the animals in the Santo Niño Swimming Pool or its vicinity, for the purpose of grazing the animal therein, and letting them drink or wallow in the pool.
Section 3
It is prohibited for any person to wash clothes in the swimming pool or wash his dishes or any kitchen utensils therein.
Section 4
It is prohibited to display, for any purpose, fighting cocks or any fowl within the vicinity of the swimming pool.
Section 5
It is prohibited to urinate and defecate is any place in the Sto. Niño Swimming Pool except in the toilet.
Section 6
Penalty. Any violation of the above ordinance will be penalized with an imprisonment of not more than six (6) months or a penalty of not more than Five Hundred (P500.00) Pesos, or both, at the discretion of the Court.
Section 7
Any previous ordinance, part or parts thereof inconsistent with this ordinance is hereby repealed.
Section 8
This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
