AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING LARGE CATTLE OWNERS TO PROVIDE A SORT OF A BAG OR CONTAINER, WHERE THE WASTE OR THE ANIMALS COULD BE DEPOSITED WHILE THESE ANIMALS ARE USED FOR CARGOS AROUND THE POBLACION.
Section 1
This ordinance shall be known as large cattle for cargoes ordinance of 1992.
Section 2
All large cattle owners are required to provide any bag and/or container, where the waste of animals could be deposited while these animals are used for cargoes around the Poblacion.
Section 3
If this requirement cannot be complied, large cattle owners are required to clean the area where their animals disposed their waste matters.
Section 4
Any violation of this ordinance shall subject the violator to a fine of two hundred (P200.00) pesos, for first offense, and four hundred (P400.00) pesos, for the second offense, or an imprisonment of not less than one (1) month, but not more than three (3) months, or both, at the discretion of court.
Section 5
All ordinances or parts thereof inconsistent with this ordinance are repealed and/or rescinded.
Section 6
This ordinance shall take effect ten (10) days after its approval.
