AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING PROPER DISPOSAL OF GARBAGE TO MAINTAIN CLEANLINESS AROUND THE PUBLIC MARKET.
Section 1
This ordinance shall be known as Anti-Littering Market Ordinance of 1992.
Section 2
Every room occupant and stall/holder should have their own trash cans for garbage at their own disposal to a specified area.
Section 3
Transient vendors should put their garbage in the empty barrels provided for the purpose.
Section 4
Market cleaner assigned shall dispose the garbage inside the barrels everyday to a specified area in Dinanggasan River between the barangays of Compol and Looc.
Section 5
Market cleaner assigned should report to the market eight (8) hours everyday.
Section 6
Sanitary Inspector assigned should help enforce the said Anti-Littering Ordinance.
Section 7
Penalty. Any violation of this ordinance shall subject the violator to a fine of P200.00 or an imprisonment of twenty (20) days, or both, at the discretion of the court.
Section 8
Repealing Clause. All previous ordinance or part/parts thereof, inconsistent with this ordinance are modified accordingly.
Section 9
Effectivity. This ordinance shall take effect ten (10) days after its approval.
