AN ORDINANCE CALLED “DAILY CASH TICKETS COLLECTION" TO OWNER OR OWNERS OF SARI-SARI STORE AND DRY-GOODS STORES WITHIN THE PUBLIC MARKET.
Be it ordained by the Municipal Council of Catarman, that :
Section 1
The daily collection of cash tickets to all sari-sari stores and dry-goods within the public market shall be fifty centavos (P.50);
Section 2
That any owner or owners of a sari-sari store or stores or dry-goods or stores within the public market who shall not comply with the provision of Section 1 of this ordinance shall be sufficient ground for cancellation of his/her/their license or licenses to continue to operate his/her/their business within the public market.
Section 3
That this ordinance shall take effect on January 1, 1971.
