AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 7, SERIES OF 1970 KNOWN AS AN ORDINANCE FOR DAILY CASH TICKETS COLLECTION TO SARI-SARI AND DRYGOODS STORES WITHIN THE PUBLIC MARKET.
BE IT ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan, Catarman, Camiguin,:
Section 1
That the daily collections of cash ticket to all sari-sari and dry goods store within the public market shall be first centavos (P0.50) to be paid to the market collector who is authorized by the Municipal Treasurer.
Section 2
Any owner of sari-sari and dry goods store within the Public Market who shall not comply with the provision of Section 1 of this Ordinance shall be sufficient ground for the cancellation of his/her permit to continue operate his/her business within the public market.
Section 3
This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
