AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 22, SERIES OF 1980, RELATIVE TO RENTALS OF STALL OCCUPANTS IN THE MUNICIPAL PUBLIC MARKET
Section 1
Section 1 of Ordinance No. 22, s. 1980, is hereby amended to provide as follow:
Section 1
a) Stall occupants with water shall pay FIFTY PESOS (P50.00) per month.
b) Stall occupants without water shall pay FORTY PESOS (P40.00) per month.
Section 2
That those delinquent in payment of rentals should settle their obligations this month:
Section 3
EFFECTIVITY: This shall take effect immediately:
