AN ORDINANCE RECIDING STALLS NOS. 6, 16, 18 AND ROOM 13.
Section 1
This ordinance shall be known as Market Supplemental Ordinance of 1989.
Section 2
Stalls Nos. 6,16, 18 and Room No. 13 should be rebidded to the general public, in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 5, s. of 1988.
Section 3
The bids should be received in the Office of the Municipal Mayor beginning January 16, 1989.
Section 4
The bidding will be closed in the morning of January 23, 1989, before the session of the Sangguniang Bayan.
Section 5
The bids will be read during the session of the Municipal Council on January 23, 1989 and winners will assume occupancy of the stall or room immediately after the award.
Section 6
Penalty. See penalty, Section 16 of Ordinance No.5, Series of 1988.
Section 7
All ordinances of parts thereof inconsistent with this Ordinance are hereby accordingly amended.
