ÁN ORDINANCE IMPOSING A MARKER FEE IN ALL BARANGAY PUBLIC MARKETS.
Section 1
This ordinance shall be known as Barangay Public Market fee Ordinance of 1991.
Section 2
The following market fees in all Barangay Public Markets, this Municipality, should be observed by vendors:
“For every kilo of fresh fish and meat, there should be a levy of P0.50; other foodstuff fees will be imposed in the amount of P0.20/day per vendor.”
Section 3
All ordinances or parts thereof inconsistent with this ordinance are hereby amended, repealed and/or rescinded.
Section 4
Penalty. Any violation of this ordinance shall subject the violator to a fine of not less than ten (P10.00) pesos, but not more than fifty (P50.00) pesos, or an imprisonment of not less than seven (7) days, but not more than thirty (30) days, or both, at the discretion of the court.
Section 5
Effectivity. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
