    1992 ORDINANCE NO. 3

    AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING ELECTRIC LIGHT AT THE CATARMAN PUBLIC MARKET.


    Section 1

    This ordinance shall be known as Market Lighting Ordinance of 1992.


    Section 2

    Room occupants and stall holders shall provide their own rooms and stalls with lights at their own responsibilities.


    Section 3

    Illegal tapping is prohibited.


    Section 4

    An amount of three thousand five hundred (P3,500.00) pesos is hereby allotted for the purchase and installation of six (6) 20 watts fluorescent lamps and other electrical materials needed which lamps shall be installed in every post around the market stalls.


    Section 5

    This appropriation shall be taken from the current appropriation.


    Section 6

    The fluorescent lamps shall be switched on at sundown up to 9:00 P.M. and from 9:00 P.M. to sunrise only three lamps shall be left lighted.


    Section 7

    Penalty. Any violation of this ordinances shall subject the violator to a fine of P200.00 or an imprisonment of 20 days, or both, at the discretion of the court.


    Section 8

    Repealing Clause. All previous ordinances or parts thereof inconsistent with this ordinance are modified accordingly.


    Section 9

    Effectivity. This ordinance shall take effect immediately.
