AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING ANYBODY TO ENTER THE PUBLIC MARKET FROM 9:30 IN THE EVENING TO 3:0 O’CLOCK IN THE MORNING.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Catarman, Camiguin, in its regular session, the above-entitled ordinance:
Section 1
This ordinance shall be known as market ordinance of 1995.
Section 2
Anybody shall be prohibited to enter the public market premises from 9:30 in the evening to 3:00 o’clock in the morning, However anybody who shall have any business in the market within the prohibited period, shall secure permission from the police guard on duty, at the public market, provided that such business shall only be for a short period of time.
Section 3
Violations of the provisions of this ordinance shall subject the Violators to a fine of not less than One Thousand (P1,000.00) Pesos, or an imprisonment of not less three (3) months, or both, at the discretion of the court.
Section 4
All ordinances or parts thereof in contravention with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed and/or rescinded.
Section 5
This ordinance shall take effect immediately after copies of this ordinance be posted and furnished to all concerned.
