AN ORDINANCE TO COMPEL LIGHT SUBSCRIBERS TO HAVE MAIN SAFETY SWITCH OF HIS/HER OWN.
Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Catarman, Camiguin, Philippines, that:
Section 1
That every electric light subscriber of Catarman, Camiguin shall have a “Main Safety Switch”.
Section 2
That any light subscriber who allows someone other than his own house to connect is prohibited.
Section 3
That any subscriber or subscribers who shall violate this ordinance shall be fined of not less than one hundred pesos (P100.00) and not more than two hundred pesos (P200.00) and the wire connection shall be cut.
Section 4
That this ordinance shall take effect thirty days from the time of approval.
