AN ORDINANCE DEVELOPING THE STO. NIÑO SPRING FOR ECONOMIC REASONS.
Section 1
It is imperative to develop the Sto. Niño Spring for economic reasons.
Section 2
No person or persons is allowed to make improvements in connection with the Sto. Niño Spring Development other that the Municipal Mayor of this municipality who is the administrator of the Spring Development.
Section 3
Any public official or employee of the government who without the previous authority of the Municipal Mayor cannot make any improvement nor destruction of the Sto. Niño Spring.
Section 4
Any public official, or an employee who at his own option violates section 3 hereof, shall be subjected to corresponding penalty.
Section 5
Any public official or employee other than the Municipal Mayor violating this ordinance shall be removed from the service after due process of law.
Section 6
Penalty: Any person or persons, public official or employee violating this ordinance shall be subject to a penalty of not less than TWO HUNDRED PESOS (P200) and not more than FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (P500) and an imprisonment of not less than one month and not more than six months.
Section 7
This ordinance shall take effect immediately. April 27, 1979.
