AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 28, SERIES OF 1975.
Section 1
It is a privilege of every citizen of the Municipality to subscribe from the Catarman waterworks system. The proper authorities concerned may refuse and withdraw the connection or installation of faucets anytime for cause.
Section 2
It is strictly prohibited for any person or persons to make any connection to or from the mainline of the waterworks system without due permission from the Office of the Municipal Treasurer and from the Office of the Municipal Mayor.
Section 3
It is prohibited to make connection of water pipes from its mainline not reaching Poblacion, except when necessity demands and upon permission from the Office of the Municipal Treasurer, and concurred in by the Office of the Mayor.
Section 4
Water subscriber may have as many faucets they want but they are required to pay seven pesos (P7.00) per month.
Section 5
Any ordinance which is consistent with any provision of this Ordinance is hereby repealed.
Section 6
This ordinance shall take effect beginning April 1, 1980.
