BE IT ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan in session assembled
Section 1
The subject of this Ordinance is the swimming pool at the Barangay Sto. Niño, this Municipality;
Section 2
That any person or persons enjoying by taking a bath in the swimming pool shall be required to pay a certain amount of money before he or she is allowed to take a bath.
Section 3
That any Catarman residents from the ages of fifteen (15) years old up shall pay the amount of fifty (50) centavos only before taking a bath.
Section 4
That outside of Catarman residents shall be required to pay one (P1.00) pesos only before such person is allowed to take a bath and should at least fifteen (15) years old or more.
Section 5
That the Municipal Mayor shall assign a care taker who at the same time shall be designated as collector and such collection shall be turned over to the Office of the Municipal Treasurer every last day of the month, after the collection shall have been duly approved by the Mayor or his authorized representative.
Section 6
That twenty percent (20%) of the collection shall accrue to the Barangay of Sto. Niño and eighty (80%) percent shall accrue to the Municipal Government. let it be understood that for every peso collected twenty (P0.20) centavos shall be for the Municipal Government of Catarman. Further, let it be understood that every collection whether for the barangay or for the Municipal government shall all be turned over to the Office of the Municipal Treasurer.
Section 7
The twenty (20%) percent of the collection for the barangay of Sto. Niño may be withdrawn by resolution of the Barangay Council duly approved by the Barangay assembly, and such withdrawal shall be signed by the Barangay Captain and the Barangay Treasurer.
Section 8
Barangay Sto. Niño residents regardless of ages shall not be required to pay any amount when taking a bath.
Section 9
No person or persons is allowed to wash clothes inside the swimming pool, they can wash their clothes however, outside of the swimming pool where there is plenty of water falling from the swimming pool.
Section 10
Care-taker or in-charge of the swimming pool and/or collector is prohibited from allowing anybody to take a bath without charge.
Section 11
Penalty – Any person or persons violating any section of this Ordinances shall be punished with a fine of not less than twenty (P20.00) pesos and not more than one hundred (P100.00) pesos, or an imprisonment of not less than ten (10) days or not more than thirty (30) days or both at the discretion of the Court of jurisdiction.
Section 12
Effectivity – This ordinance shall take effect ten (10) days after its approval.
