Councilor Demetrio Torro manifested the following:
WHEREAS, it is public knowledge that now-a-days majority of our young boys are fond of drinking alcoholic drinks:
WHEREAS, it is noted that the common cause of troubles in this Municipality is due to over drinking of alcoholic drinks:
WHEREAS, this administration is looking forward to preserve the lives, personality, dignity and happiness of its constituent:
WHEREAS, in order to minimize and cut the habit of drinking alcoholic drinks among the minors except those upon proper prescription by a Doctor for the good of their health:
WHEREAS, in order to minimize troubles caused by over drinking alcoholic drinks:
THEREFORE: On motion by Councilor Demetrio Torro seconded by Councilor Dionisio Dal, it was
RESOLVED: To put a Police Precincts to wit: Precinct No. 1 Poblacion: Precinct No. 2 Panghiawan: and Precinct No. 3 Catibac.
UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED: JANUARY 21, 1960.
