Be it ordained by the Municipal Council of Catarman, Camiguin, that:
Section 1
This ordinance shall be entitled “SERENADE”
Section 2
Serenading within this municipality is until ten o’clock in the evening only.
Section 3
Any person or persons who desires to serenade within this municipality shall secure a permit to serenade from the office of the Mayor.
Section 4
Barrio Captains are also authorize to issue a permit to serenade if the serenade or serenaders will serenade in her/his barrio only.
Section 5
The permit to be issued shall state the name or names of the serenade and the house or houses to serenade.
Section 6
Any violation of the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined in the amount of not less than ten pesos and not more than twenty-five pesos or imprisonment of not less than five days and not more than ten days at the discretion of the court.
Section 7
Any ordinance whose provisions are in consistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 8
This ordinance shall take effect November 1, 1968.
