AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4, SERIES OF 1972, KNOWN AS CURFEW HOUR.
Be it ordained by the Municipal Council of Catarman, Camiguin, that:
Section 1
No person or persons, male or female under twenty-one years of age, is/are permitted or allowed to roam around, or go around or toiler around the town after eight o’clock in the night, except for emergency or important errand.
Section 2
Person or persons, male or female found violating the provision of this ordinance shall be fined of not less than five pesos and not more than twenty-five pesos, and in case of insolvency, shall suffer an imprisonment of not less than two days and not more than five days.
Section 3
Any ordinance whose provisions are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance is hereby repealed.
Section 4
This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon approval.
