AN ORDINANCE TO PROHIBIT PERSON OR PERSONS FROM 18 YEARS OF AGE AND BELOW TO ROAM AROUND THE TOWN AFTER NINE O’CLOCK AT NIGHT, AND TO PROVIDE PENALTY THEREOF.
Be it ordained by the Municipal Council of Catarman, Camiguin, Philippines, assembled, that:
Section 1
This ordinance shall be known as CURFEW HOUR.
Section 2
That person or persons, male or female from the age of 18 years and below is/are prohibited to roam around the town after nine o’clock at night and before three o’clock the following morning.
Section 3
That any person or persons, male or female, found violating the provisions of this ordinance, shall be fined in the amount of not more than twenty-five pesos, an not less then ten pesos, or an imprisonment of not more than ten days and not less than five days, or both fine and imprisonment at the discretion of the court.
Section 4
Any ordinance whose provisions are inconsistent with the provisions off this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 5
This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
