AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 19, series of 1972, RELATIVE TO THE CURFEW HOURS

BE IT ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan, sitting as a constituent body, the passing of the following:

Section 1

Section 1 of Ordinance no. 19-s-1972 is hereby amended to provide as follows:

“Section 1- No person below 18 years of age is allowed to loiter of roam around the town after 10:00 o’clock in the evening, except on emergency causes; however, in time of special occasions, like holding of benefit dance, movie film amateur hours and such like necessities social gatherings beyond 10:00 o’clock p.m., a grace period of one (1) hour is granted upon termination of the affair.”

Section 2

Any ordinance is conflict with the aforegoing is doomed revoked or modified accordingly.

Section 3

This shall take effect 15 days upon approval.
