“AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING ALL TRANSCIENT AND/OR NEW RESIDENTS OF CATARMAN, CAMIGUIN TO REPORT TO THE OFFICE OF THE LOCAL POLICE STATION.”
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN OF CATARMAN, CAMIGUIN that:
Section 1
All persons who transfer their residence from other places to Catarman, Camiguin and all persons coming from other places who plans or intends to reside in this municipality are required to report to the office of the Police station for data gathering and census, within 15 days from their arrival and actual stay in Catarman.
Section 2
All persons who are now residents in this municipality who have resided from January 1983 up to the approval and effectivity of this ordinance, are required to report to the office of the local Police Station for census and data gathering within 15 days from the effectivity of this ordinance.
Section 3
All persons who wish and/or intend to reside in the municipality temporarily are required to report to the office of the local Police Station within (71 working days from the time of their arrival and their stay in the municipality, provided however, that temporary residents who are already staying in Catarman before the effectivity of this ordinance shall report to the office of the Police Station within 7 days from the effectivity hereof.
Section 4
Any person found to have violated any of the provision of this ordinance shall be fined by not more than ONE HUNDRED PESOS (P100.00) or be imprisoned for not more than 30 days or both fine and imprisonment at this discretion of the court.
Section 5
All other ordinance contrary to any provisions of this ordinance are deemed repealed.
